Races will take the form of Time Trials, where one car at a time races against the clock.
Our race events will be run by the Motorsport UK registered club, Borderlands Motor Vehicle Club, with the following races:
- 5th March at Bo'ness
- 12th March at GP East Fortune
- 19th March at Kames
- 4th June at Kelso
- 11th June at Fife F24
- 12th June at Fife Goblin
- 13th June at Alford
- 14th June at Alford
- 5th September at Bo'ness
- 24th September at East Fortune or Ingliston

Thirlestane 2022 Photos
In June 2022 Knightswood Secondary entered the Thirlestane event. The pupils loved this chance to try out the kart in competition for the first time. They had the chance to meet students from other schools/colleges and race against the clock for the overall prize. The organisation was slick and other attractions included the chance to see classic racing cars from the past and stand up close to recent F1 championship winners.
A brilliant day and we’re excited at the prospect of more events in the new year!
